Meet Head Energy’s team in Oslo

Head Energy Consulting’s Oslo team ends an impressive year with a record number of employees and new offices in central Oslo from January 2023.

Since the launch in the winter of 2021 and up to today, Head Energy Consulting’s Oslo team has experienced massive growth. Peter Stubseid Sørensen and Marian Østby have both joined the team this year and made valuable contributions on the journey towards a record number of consultants employed by highly rated clients.

Marian Østby, Recruitment Consultant

-Even though it is a new group and the fact that it is only four of us, it still feels like joining an established high-performance team.

I think that comes down to how we have built a very strong social environment here and also how closely we work with the other consulting units, reaping the benefits of tried and tested procedures, frame agreements and a very strong cooperative culture, says Marian Østby who joined as Recruitment Consultant back in August. Marian has long experience from Aller Media where she has held several commercial positions.

Oslo offers great opportunities

Manager of Head Energy’s Oslo office, David Hasseløy, is delighted to see his team performing well going into the new year. He believes the potential for growth in Oslo is high:

-After the launch and during the first year of operating, we enjoyed massive support from our good colleagues in Stavanger and Bergen. This meant alt for us and enabled us to quickly gain foothold in the market and build confidence. Now we can notice how we are building our own identity as well and thee feeling of contributing to strong results in the group. I think I can speak for all of us in Oslo when I say that we are very proud of our results this year, says Hasseløy.

-Going forward, I think being based in Oslo puts us in a good position to reach other Oslo-based businesses, not to mention large markets within civil construction and IT, to name a few. I believe the key to future success is to balance our growth, and stay ambitious and focused in every sales process, David Hasseløy states.

Planning for growth with new offices

In January 2023, Head Energy is moving into new office space at Jernbanetorget in central Oslo. Jarle Larsen Strandskogen believes relocating to new and spacious offices is necessary as a foundation for further growth:

-We have always been Happy at Oslo Atrium, but we are no longer a start-up, and it is important to have offices suitable to build our identity further. The new offices are perfect for us both in terms of standards and location. We have also seen how growth friendly office space has had a positive effect on other Head Energy locations and the synergies it brings to have several business units on the same location. Hopefully, during 2023 we can have one or two of the other Head Energy companies moving in with us, Strandskogen concludes.
