Our Story.
Head Energy Solve was established in 2015 as an efficient, multidisciplinary company specialising in maintenance and modifications.
In 2016, we were awarded a framework agreement for modification work on the Brage platform, which is now operated by OKEA. In 2021, the agreement was expanded to include modifications, well tie-ins and maintenance.
In 2026, Head Energy Solve was awarded a ten-year framework agreement with Equinor covering maintenance and minor projects (VEP) at the Gullfaks, Oseberg and Troll fields.
We have extensive experience delivering projects focused on energy efficiency, electrification and emissions reductions.
Today, we have approximately 70 engineers and generated revenue of NOK 253 million in 2025. The company is profitable, growing steadily and strongly committed to customer satisfaction.
