Aida Kumpsa has been working as a consultant at Head Energy since 2022. With many years of experience in automation, programming, and system development from both startups and larger companies, combined with a master's degree in Cybernetics from NTNU, she has a strong professional background in her role as a Senior Automation Engineer.

Aida currently works at Siemens Energy in Forus, where her primary responsibilities include Node programming and testing for SAS systems. She highlights the excellent work environment at Siemens Energy:
