Steinar Dahle

Steinar is a trained lawyer with over 25 years of experience from the public and private sectors in the field of real estate.

He has extensive experience with land and rights services in development projects within roads, railways, wire/cable systems, VA, housing and industry, including the development of overall infrastructure for Rogaland County Municipality, the Norwegian Public Roads Administration, and the Norwegian Railways Administration and Banenor as well as several municipalities.

He also has ongoing assignments for Stavanger Municipality. Steinar assists with the organization of real estate, including deduction, joining, transfer, boundary adjustment, rights of use, encumbrances, etc.

He also has experience in valuation and expropriation law issues.
