Project development and project management at Nøstedt Sjøfront

Head Energy Introcon assists Berstad Eiendom AS with project development and project management of Nøstetet Sjøfront — one of Bergen's most exciting residential projects.

The project includes 148 modern apartments with an attractive location right on the Byfjorden, which will give both residents and the rest of the city a greater accessibility to the sea front. An important lead in the project has been to further develop the area into a vibrant district with good connections to the sea, while preserving the historical character of Nøst.

As a builder advisor, Head Energy Introcon assists developer Berstad Eiendom AS in ensuring efficient processes, predictability and increased value creation in the project. Our role is to follow up the development and implementation of the project, so that it is realized in line with the developers' ambitions. A key focus is on optimizing land use, where, among other things, private outdoor areas, dining areas, green city spaces and car-free streets will create a good balance between private and public areas — all adapted to Nøst's existing settlement.
