Aker Brygge / Fjordalléen 16

Head Energy Introcon has assisted DNB Næringseiendom in developing Fjordalléen 16 – a modern office building in the heart of Aker Brygge.  

Our scope: Project development, project management, HSE coordinator and client's representative

The project comprises approx. 10,000 m² GFA of office space over five floors, surrounded by city life, restaurants, cafés and the fjord.

Head Energy Introcon led the feasibility study and carried out analyses for the development of the building, with the aim of making it more attractive in the office market. We prepared the concept design and the basis for the investment decision, as well as the tender documents for a collaborative contract, and carried out the contracting. We also led the collaborative phase, preparing the preliminary design and the basis for a design-build contract.
