Slippen

Head Energy Introcon is assisting SPG in developing Slippen – a new, urban residential project with a unique fjordside location in Drammen.

Our scope: Project development and project management

The Slippen residential project comprises 165 apartments and will become a vibrant neighbourhood with a fjord promenade, a beach and a fjord park – close to both Drammen city centre and the surrounding forests. The plans include large outdoor areas and attractive shared facilities that create an appealing urban residential area. Construction is scheduled to start in autumn 2025.  

Head Energy Introcon has assisted with preparing the zoning plan and with the process of resolving objections ahead of the zoning decision in June 2025. We have led the collaborative phase with the design-build contractor, developed the preliminary design and the design-build tender in parallel with the zoning process, and assisted in contracting the design-build contractor after the collaborative phase. We have also worked on optimising and developing the residential project and its sales material, with a focus on cost and revenue optimisation to make the development viable.
