Head Energy has committed project managers for both construction and construction projects, assisting private and public builders in everything from looking at opportunities and ideas, to pre-project and implementation phases.

Leadership is about achieving goals through other actors. In construction projects, it is about guiding consultants, contractors, suppliers and project owners so that the project ends up with the greatest possible degree of goal achievement. We create the processes that allow the employees in the project to be properly involved and succeed together. The project managers take care of the interface between the client, building authorities and the solution competence in the project.

Head Energy has skilled construction managers and safeguards the construction manager role on behalf of the builder. Our construction managers have diverse backgrounds from construction, construction and engineering, which enables us to cover all subjects.

We ensure that the requirements of the contract are followed, protect the interests of the builder against the contractor, and follow up the progress, economy and quality of the construction site.

Head Energy takes on the responsibility of fulfilling the obligations set out for the client under the Construction Client Regulations throughout the entire construction process. We ensure that requirements related to safety, health, and the working environment (SHA) are met. Additionally, we assume the roles of Design Coordinator (KP) and Execution Coordinator (KU).

Head Energy has committed building agents who assist the developer in contracting a general contractor and safeguard the interests of the builder throughout the project.
