Tobias combines planning and leadership as a consultant
Tobias Eriksson currently works as both a project planner and a consultant manager at Head Energy. The combination of roles gives him working days that are both varied and rewarding.
A versatile role
– As a project planner, I have a controlling function in Level 3 EPCm projects and create plans for various sub-projects. As a consultant manager, I am responsible for our people and handle client contact about our consultancy services, explains Tobias.
By combining technical planning with leadership and client dialogue, he gets to contribute on several levels – both to the progress of the projects and to the development of Head Energy's consultancy business.
Facts
Head Energy – the best of both worlds
Tobias describes Head Energy as a unique combination of the closeness of a small company and the strength of a group.
– We have short decision-making paths, close collaboration and a family feel, while also benefiting from the expertise and resources of a larger Scandinavian group. The best of both worlds, he says.
Tobias also highlights that the company has a culture where everyone is heard and where there is clear care for employees.
