10 Years of a Strong Safety Culture

Head Energy Solve celebrated its 10th anniversary on September 3, 2025, marking a decade without any serious personnel injuries. – This is both a confirmation of the culture we have built and an inspiration to continue our efforts, says Managing Director Arve Davidsen.
A Systematic Approach
Over ten years of maintenance and modification projects, both offshore and onshore, Head Energy Solve has not recorded a single serious personnel injury.
– For us, this is the result of systematic HSE work and a strong safety culture throughout the company—something we are very proud of. Our focus on risk prevention and proactive reporting has contributed to maintaining zero injuries since the very beginning, says Arve Davidsen.
Safety as the Top Priority
For Technical Manager Thor Steinsland, the success comes down to a combination of the right people, clear priorities, and well-established processes:
– The safety and wellbeing of our employees is always the top priority. We place great emphasis on recruiting people who share our preventive HSE mindset, ensuring that safety becomes a natural part of everyday work. In addition, we run our own HSE focus areas and campaigns, while always aligning with client initiatives. When both we and our clients move in the same direction and set clear HSE goals, we create a culture where safety always comes first.

Strengthening the Focus Going Forward
As the company continues to grow, its commitment to health, safety, and environment (HSE) work also evolves. In September, the team welcomed a new HSE Manager, who has also joined the management group.
