Head Energy expands in Central Norway

Local anchoring and broad experience

Gina Thrane has a versatile background from both the consulting industry and management. She has experience from staffing and recruitment in Academic Work, as a consultant and advisor in Norges Idrettsforbund, and as head of dugnad in Trondheim Stage. Most recently, she has been Head of Customer Experience at Vassfjellet Vinterpark, where she has played a central role in the development of the ski centre in recent years.

Now she brings this breadth and drive into her role as Team Manager at Head Energy -- a choice she describes as right:

I am a problem solver who is motivated by building good relationships, finding solutions and developing both people and businesses. Gina herself is looking forward to embarking on the role and contributing to further growth:

For me, the role of Team Manager is about being close — both clients and consultants — and at the same time staying one step ahead: understanding needs before they arise, thinking strategically and building long-term relationships.
