Head Energy Infra wins its first two assignments for Svenska kraftnät

In a short time, Head Energy Infra has won its first two assignments for Svenska kraftnät – one in construction and groundworks inspection and the other in biological studies.
Facts
Two assignments for Svenska kraftnät
The first assignment covers construction and groundworks inspection for new 400 kV substations. It runs until November 2027.
The second concerns a biological study of the need for bird diverters on an existing 400 kV overhead line – an example of the environmental considerations taken in grid operations.
– It is inspiring that, already in our start-up phase, we get to contribute to Svenska kraftnät's work to secure a modern and robust power grid, says Carl-Fredrik Klåvus, Managing Director of Head Energy Infra.

A natural continuation of Head Energy's investment
Since summer 2025, Head Energy has held a framework agreement with Svenska kraftnät for the delivery of technical consultancy services. Head Energy Infra now receiving its first assignments from the same client shows the group's strong position in the energy sector.
– This is an important milestone for Head Energy Infra and proof that our establishment meets a real need in the market. Our ambition is to build a company that combines strong engineering expertise with a responsibility to benefit society, says Carl-Fredrik.
– Earning the trust of Svenska kraftnät this early shows that our investment is the right one. It gives us the energy to keep growing, find new partnerships and attract more skilled specialists to our team, Carl-Fredrik concludes.
Through its framework agreement with Svenska kraftnät, Head Energy can contribute across several technical areas, from project management and engineering to environment and community planning. The company welcomes more people who want to help strengthen the Swedish power grid – as employees of Head Energy or as part of its network of subcontractors.
