Welcomes Tove Spjeld as new QHSE Manager

Tove Spjeld has joined Head Energy Solve as the new Head of HSE & Quality. She will play a key role in the management team, with responsibility for further strengthening the company’s strong culture of quality and safety.

She brings an attractive background with a combination of experience from large companies with well-established systems, and from startups where processes must be built from the ground up, says Arve Davidsen, Managing Director of Head Energy Solve.

Solid experience across industries

Tove brings a solid foundation to her new role. She holds formal education in both nursing and management and began her career working on the docks at a supply base. She then spent 27 years in the oil and gas sector, including 14 years with Odfjell Drilling, where she traveled extensively offshore both nationally and internationally. In addition, she has experience from healthcare and aquaculture technology.
