Strengthening our position in Mälardalen
“With Ehlin in place, we strengthen our position in Mälardalen and lay the foundation for further growth in a region with great potential. She has solid experience from the recruitment industry, is good with people and fits very well into our culture. We look forward to having her on the team,” says Magnus Ahlmark, General Manager of Head Energy Sweden.
Experience and new opportunities
Ehlin has many years of experience in recruitment, HR responsibility and client contact, and she brings this expertise into her role as Regional Manager. She looks forward to using her experience, but also to learning new sides of the consultancy industry:
“Recruitment is something I have worked on a lot, but the role of Regional Manager also involves new areas where I have the opportunity to develop. I look forward to combining what I already know with new challenges, and to building something valuable together with colleagues and clients,” says Ehlin Wåhlén.

Ehlin is also looking forward to becoming part of the team and getting to know her new colleagues at Head Energy better:
“Everyone I've been in touch with in Norway, Denmark and Sweden has been very nice. The culture is friendly and inclusive, and I'm really looking forward to becoming part of this community.”
Great potential in the region
As Regional Manager, Ehlin will be responsible for recruiting consultants and further developing Head Energy Sweden's presence in Mälardalen. She particularly highlights Västerås as an area with great opportunities:
“Västerås is an industrial city with strong expertise in electrical power, mechanics, electrical design and the process industry. I think there is great potential here, and I look forward to building the business,” says Ehlin.
“We are convinced that Ehlin will be a key asset in our efforts to further develop what we offer in Sweden. Her drive, personality and experience make us even stronger in Västerås and Mälardalen,” concludes Magnus Ahlmark.
