Carl-Fredrik Klåvus to lead Head Energy's new infrastructure venture in Sweden

Head Energy is expanding its operations in Sweden by establishing Head Energy Infra AB, a new company focused on infrastructure projects. The venture is led by Carl-Fredrik Klåvus, who takes up the position of Managing Director.
– Establishing Head Energy Infra AB is a natural strategic development for our business in Sweden. We are facing an extensive modernisation of critical infrastructure, including power grids, roads, railways and other key infrastructure. Already having a framework agreement with Svenska kraftnät gives us a strong foundation to build on. In addition, the Head Energy Group's established focus on electrical power in Scandinavia further strengthens our position, says Mårten Jansson, Vice Managing Director of Head Energy Sweden.
A leader with a passion for benefiting society
Carl-Fredrik Klåvus is a qualified civil engineer and has worked as a power line engineer and project manager at EFLA since 2018. He will be based at Head Energy's office in Västerås, but will serve clients throughout Sweden.
– I am passionate about contributing to a successful Sweden and Nordic region, and modern, well-functioning infrastructure is a fundamental prerequisite for that. My ambition is to build a company that attracts the most skilled specialists and always exceeds our clients' expectations, says Klåvus.
A strong foundation for growth
Initially, Head Energy Infra will focus on projects connected to the transmission and regional grids. In the longer term, the goal is to also serve clients in energy production and the transport sector.
– Establishing a new business within an existing group gives us the freedom to put growth and client satisfaction at the top of the agenda. Head Energy is already well established in Sweden, with solid support functions, systems and framework agreements. That gives us a unique opportunity to focus on commercial delivery and on looking after our employees, explains Klåvus.
Mårten Jansson adds: – Carl-Fredrik has the right combination of engineering expertise, commercial acumen and a strong network. He is also a skilled relationship builder who earns the trust of both clients and colleagues. We are very positive about continuing our investment in the infrastructure segment together with him.
