Janicke Stople Joins Group Management at Head Energy

The Head Energy group is pleased to announce that Janicke Stople is stepping into the Executive Board of the company in the role of Chief People Officer (CPO).‍

Strengthens strategic HR work

Since August 2024, Janicke has led the HR work in the Head Energy group, with responsibility for, among other things, improving quality in human resource management/management, cultural and working environment development, and leadership and employee development. Now she is stepping into the corporate leadership, which will ensure an even closer link between HR strategy and business development.

“Since its inception, Janicke has worked closely with many people in the company at all locations and has had a clear focus on the people at Head Energy. This will also be one of her most important tasks in the continuation. With Janicke on board, we will also further enhance our HR work and ensure that key areas such as people, culture and management are well integrated into the further development of the company. Head Energy has grown a lot in recent years, and developing and caring for our employees is crucial for our continued success,” says Morten Leikvoll, CEO of the Head Energy group.

Looking forward to further developing the organization

In her new role, Janicke will be given overall responsibility for HR strategy in the Head Energy group, with a particular focus on organisational development, skills management and employer branding.

It is also motivating to see that HR work is gaining an increased strategic focus, and I look forward to contributing to the company's further development, both in strategic decisions and in day-to-day operational work.
