Ambitions for growth in the civil construction market in Eastern Norway

Johan Hille-Dahl has started as the new Team Manager in Head Energy Consulting in Oslo and will work towards the construction & construction segment in and around the capital area.

“We have big ambitions for growth in civil construction in the eastern part of Norway and Johan will play a central role in this work. Johan comes in with solid and relevant experience, high motivation and he is very skilled at building relationships. We are now well positioned to develop in a very exciting market,” says Head of Civil Construction at Head Energy Consulting, Øyvind Aarre.

Johan Hille-Dahl holds a master's degree in Property Development from NMBU and a bachelor's degree in Economics from BI. He has extensive experience from both the public and private sectors, where he has worked in areas such as property management and land acquisition.

“I have previously worked with everything from small real estate companies to larger public projects, and it has given me a good starting point to understand the breadth of the market. Now I look forward to using this experience in a new context and helping to develop Head Energy's presence in the Oslo region,” says Johan.

Exciting market in Eastern Norway

In his role as Team Manager in Head Energy Consulting, Johan will work to further build the company's consulting portfolio within civil construction and infrastructure in the Eastern Region for customers in both the public and private sectors.

I see a lot of potential in the market here. There is a lot going on in urban development and infrastructure, with both public and private developers driving the projects forward — as well as many solid contractors. I think we have very good conditions for further growth here,” says Johan.

Johan describes the start-up in Head Energy as very positive.

“I was met by an inclusive culture throughout the recruitment process, and that impression has only deepened since I started. It's a really good and close-knit environment in the office,” he says.
