Head Energy Awarded Framework Agreement for Maintenance and Simple Projects by Equinor

Head Energy has been awarded a framework agreement covering maintenance and simple projects on the Troll, Gullfaks, and Oseberg fields. The agreement has an estimated annual value of up to NOK 350 million and a duration of five years, with options for an additional three plus two years.
– We are very pleased with this award and grateful to Equinor for the trust they have placed in us. This is something we have worked strategically towards for ten years, and we look forward to getting started. Our ambition going forward is to deliver cost-efficient, high-quality projects in line with Equinor’s objectives, says Morten Leikvoll, CEO of Head Energy Group.
The Troll, Gullfaks, and Oseberg fields comprise a total of 12 installations, and the work will be managed by Head Energy’s engineering company in Bergen.

– This lays the foundation for continued growth, a stable project portfolio, and good professional development opportunities for our employees in the years ahead. This is also a strong recognition of our highly competent engineering team and the dedicated work we put into efficient execution, high quality, and a robust safety culture, says Arve Davidsen, Head of Engineering at Head Energy.
