Stemmen in Bryne

Head Energy UP has delivered the design of roads, water and wastewater systems for Stemmenmarka – a new and attractive residential area in Bryne.

Our scope: Complete road, water and wastewater design

With 56 new homes – detached houses, terraced houses and apartments – Stemmenmarka has been developed into a neighbourhood with good qualities and a safe setting.

We have been responsible for the design of roads and water and wastewater systems, including the reinstatement of the road.

The work has included:

• Widening the existing road with a new pavement
• Building a new junction on the county road
• Replacing old water and sewer pipes (ongoing work)

– Stemmen in Bryne is one of the first projects we at Head Energy UP were involved in. It has been incredibly rewarding to follow the development from the first sketches to completion, says Marita Furenes Hagli, road planner at Head Energy UP.

Close cooperation with Eika Landskap has produced a comprehensive solution focused on high-quality outdoor areas, with reflecting pools, playgrounds and meeting places that will foster well-being and a sense of community among the residents.
