Sandnes and Sandnes Ulf's new, great arena

Sandnes Ulf's stadium, Øster Hus Arena with 7500 seats, has become one of the country's most modern venues. The facility is also a close environment facility with offerings in sports, health and education.

In addition to hosting football matches, the stadium building will be used for other sports events, concerts, exhibitions and public celebrations. The arena is used from morning to evening by all the club's players, school youth and other teams and organizations.

Head Energy BrannCon has designed escape simulations and analyses to project the most optimal fire engineering solutions that took care of the wide range of operations that Sandnes Ulf needed. It was particularly interesting to look at the difference in the flow of people at the various events, such as football matches and concerts.
