Frue Church

Commissioned by Stavanger Municipality, Head Energy PA's project manager has been responsible for the rehabilitation of Frue Church (Hetlandskirken), a protected wooden long church from 1854. Head Energy PA was also responsible for construction management in construction phase 2.  

Our scope: Project management, construction management

The work included rehabilitating the facades, including windows and doors, replacing technical installations, and creating a cloakroom and toilet in the church's entrance hall. Heating and indoor climate were key issues in protecting both the building and its church art. As in many other church buildings, the task is to find good solutions that meet modern user requirements while preserving heritage qualities.  

Head Energy PA contributed to a professional delivery in close cooperation with the Stavanger City Antiquarian.
