Our scope: Cost controller
Boliden Odda is set to become one of the world's most environmentally friendly zinc smelters. In 2021, Boliden decided to make one of the largest investments in the group's history in Odda, to increase production capacity and at the same time transform the smelter for the future.
Head Energy Introcon provided Oppsteg AS with a cost controller for the quay and logistics part of the project – including site services for various installation contractors. The work contributed to structured execution and good cost control in a complex, forward-looking industrial project.
