Paradishagen phase 2

Head Energy Introcon has assisted Desyvfjell 2 AS with project development and project management for Paradishagen phase 2, which was completed and handed over to buyers in autumn 2025.

Our scope: Project development, project management/client's representative, HSE coordinator (design phase), property structuring and sectioning.

The Paradishagen residential project is being built in one of Bergen's most attractive residential areas, centrally located in Paradis. Phase 2 is complete and the next phase is under way. The project comprises 35 apartments in three buildings. The contractor for the project is BM Hitland AS.

Head Energy Introcon contributes project development, project management and other specialist roles both in Paradishagen phase 2 and in other projects in the area.
