Kristiansholm

Head Energy Introcon provides Obos with project administration support in the development of Kristiansholm – a unique maritime residential project in Sandviken, Bergen.

Our scope: Project administration support

The residential project comprises around 400 apartments in several buildings and is being developed to create an attractive, vibrant living environment close to the sea, outdoor recreation areas and Bergen city centre. The apartments will be built in keeping with the character of the area, with architecture and buildings adapted to the site.

Head Energy Introcon has assisted with design management of new infrastructure through Kristiansholm, quality assurance and input to the zoning plan, as well as preparing the tender documents for the demolition contract and carrying out the procurement process.
